Carly Rich joins OPEN Health as Principal Consultant, working across the pH Associates and Harvey Walsh businesses

Carly Rich is a Principal Consultant and works across the pH Associates and Harvey Walsh businesses (OPEN Health companies) to input and deliver against the strategic direction of the ‘RWE and Market Access Group’.
As a Principal Consultant, Carly works with clients to determine their Real World Data needs and helps them to design bespoke research, which provides invaluable insight and helps to align their strategic priorities. Carly is the point of contact for clients during our studies, handling study management, financial and publication requests. She also supervises complex statistical analyses and provides strategic input into statistical reports.
Carly has a PhD in epidemiology & biostatistics and over ten years’ experience in designing, managing, implementing, analysing, and summarising Real World Data across all phases of drug development in various therapeutic areas. She has experience in several different environments including consultancy, pharmaceutical and academia. Prior to joining pH Associates, Carly worked with small to big pharmaceutical companies at a global life science consultancy advising on Real World Data strategy development and implementing Real World Data projects in the US, EU and LATAM regions for both regulatory approvals and HTA submissions. She has also worked at Roche as a global Real World Data scientist in various therapeutic areas including rare diseases, oncology and infectious diseases and has also published her work in several peer-reviewed journals. Carly brings statistical expertise for both the design and analysis of large Real World Datasets.
