Rob joined OPEN Health in 2014 and is now the Group CEO. With over 30 years of experience, he has worked at both Novartis and GSK before running advertising and medical communications agencies at Publicis. He left Publicis to create and run a novel prelaunch strategic consultancy for 8 years before joining OPEN health in various roles prior to his current position. Rob is a pharmacist by training who has also obtained an MBA.
CEO, Scientific Communications, OPEN Health
Margot joined OPEN Health in 2011 with the task of building out a Med Comms offering. Since then, she has enjoyed great success and is now the CEO of the Scientific Communications Practice. Responsible for more than 1000 people, Margot has overall accountability for the Medical Affairs, Medical Communications, Publication Planning, Learning and Development, Omnichannel Strategy and Data-Driven Creativity services. Previously, Margot was with AstraZeneca, Takeda, and Merck before moving agency side in 2007. With over 25 years’ healthcare experience, she believes in harnessing the power of collective expertise, and encouraging people to step forward and speak out. With a passion for talent development, Margot has a proven track record in effective succession planning.
Managing Partner & Founder, Acsel Health
Lujing joined OPEN Health in 2023 with Acsel Health. He brings broad experience in both public and private sectors in the areas of healthcare financing, health policy and system research, and pricing and market access consulting. He has assisted many leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies in developing pricing and market access, evidence generation, and new product commercialization strategies across therapeutic areas. Offering deep expertise and trusted multidisciplinary experience, he works closely with his teams and clients to identify transformative opportunities and actional insights in constantly evolving markets.
Chief Financial Officer, OPEN Health
Laura joined OPEN Health in 2023 as Chief Financial Officer and is responsible for the organization’s overall financial management. Laura has over 20 years of international financial and leadership experience, building and leading finance teams in global companies with significant operating scale and complexity, both public and private. Prior to joining OPEN Health, Laura has held CFO positions at Octo Telematics Group, Aecom and Alcatel-Lucent (owned by Nokia). She has been Chairman of the Milan Metro Line 4 and is a fellow of the Council for United States and Italy (Consiusa).
Chief Operating and Transformation Officer, OPEN Health
Steve joined OPEN Health in 2024 and is the Chief Operating and Transformation Officer. He is charged with shaping the future of OPEN Health by driving growth in the US and evolving OPEN Health’s go-to-market strategy. With over three decades of experience building and operating life sciences services, software, and technology firms, he is well equipped to drive the operational maturity and growth mindset needed for OPEN Health to thrive in the highly competitive and dynamic healthcare communications and consulting space.
Chief Commercial Officer, OPEN Health
Jennifer joined OPEN Health in 2014 and is now Chief Commercial Officer. She oversees our global commercial strategy and marketing and leads initiatives to build and strengthen our collaborative client partnerships. Jennifer’s background is in client services, strategy, and business development, and she has extensive experience developing and leading medical communications, patient engagement, and learning and development programs for healthcare clients. Jennifer believes that OPEN Health’s value comes from its unique blend of culture, expertise, and collaboration, resulting in industry-leading work that makes a real difference in patients’ lives.
Chief Medical Officer, OPEN Health
Annemarie is Chief Medical Officer of OPEN Health. A medical professional with more than 18 years of scientific, medical strategy, publication planning, business development, and integration experience, she has deep expertise in leading multiple cross-functional client teams, implementing workshops and strategy sessions with internal senior management, and developing solutions that drive business unit success. Previously, as Senior Vice President, Strategic Services, she provided strategic clinical and operational leadership for business development activities. As Chief Medical Officer, Annemarie is responsible for supporting new business, strategic planning, and medical and scientific staff development across the organization.
Chief People Officer, OPEN Health
Lisa joined OPEN Health in 2023 as Chief People Officer. She is responsible for driving the global people strategy across all aspects of the people portfolio. Lisa brings a wealth of experience to OPEN Health across a 25 year career in Human Resource Management. With time largely spent in the software industry and in Private Equity environments, Lisa has operated strategically across Europe, UK, Americas, Middle East and Asia Pacific in generalist HR, transformation, and M&A focused roles.
Chief Creative Officer, OPEN Health
Dom joined OPEN Health in 2021 through the acquisition of London-based creative agency ARK. He has a strong reputation in the industry and a history of building successful healthcare agencies. In addition to 15 years’ experience in healthcare, he has worked with a diverse range of clients, among them The Coca-Cola Company, Panasonic, Björk, and Ted Baker. His healthcare clients have included AZ, GSK, Alexion, BI, Takeda, Pfizer, and LEO.
Dom has held board-level positions in agency groups and has sat on the juries for most healthcare creative awards, including the Cannes Lions Health Awards, and was head judge at the PM Society Awards 2022. With over 100 awards, such as ECD inc. 2 x Cannes Lions and PM Soc Digital Agency Team of The Year (2019, 2020, 2022, 2023), he currently sits on the Interactive Media Council Inc. and is Chairman of the PM Society.
President, Evidence & Access, OPEN Health
Richard joined OPEN Health in 2013 as a founder of the Patient Engagement division. In 2020, he moved into the HEOR and market access team and is now the President of the Evidence & Access Practice. Richard has overall accountability for the Market Access Strategy, Modeling & Meta-analysis, Patient Engagement, Patient Centered Outcomes, and Real-world Evidence services. Previously, Richard has held a progression of senior commercial roles in the pharmaceutical industry spanning sales, marketing, finance, commercial information, country management and general management. With over 20 years of knowledge from GSK, AstraZeneca and Pfizer and 15 years of specialist agency experience, Richard has a passion for crystallising issues on patient engagement and developing innovative and effective solutions.
