Market Access:

Developing strategic solutions to enable our clients to support budget holders and reimbursement stakeholders, involved in managing the entry of new technologies into clinical practice at a global, European and UK level.

As part of the OPEN VIE team, you’ll be responsible for the following activities:

To support the delivery of timely, profitable and high quality market access projects.

Primary responsibilities:

  • Manage – in collaboration with the Associate and Market Access Consultants – the day-to-day delivery of profitable and high quality market access projects
  • Act as point of contact for specified clients, with support from the wider OPEN VIE team
  • Assist in the management of project timelines and tracking of project activities, including regular communication with specified clients
  • Ensure clients are continually updated on project progress
  • Manage some financial aspects of project delivery including the development of cost estimates and invoicing
  • Begin to develop knowledge of the UK, EU and Global healthcare environment to support project delivery and business development
  • To ensure all editorial content is checked for correct spelling, grammar and formatting, as well as consistency
  • To ensure the house (or other appropriate) style guides are adhered to
  • To fact check all documents against the relevant references
  • To mark-up references on approval systems (e.g. Zinc) as necessary
  • To help meet deadlines and achieve the highest quality work

Additional responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the continuing achievements and annual targets of OPEN VIE
  • Maintain thorough working records of all project activities
  • Coordinate effectively and efficiently with appropriate members of the wider OPEN Health group

What you’ll bring:

  • Graduate or relevant healthcare qualification
  • Interest and understanding of science, medicine and market access
  • Proven track record of project management from conception through to delivery
  • A keen eye and excellent attention to detail
  • Exemplary reference checking and proof reading skills
  • Experience of working in market access in the pharmaceutical industry or consultancy is desirable
  • Minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience
  • Car owner with full driving license
  • IT literate – working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential
  • Financial awareness
