Zack Lentz has spent more than two decades building and leading high performing teams in life sciences commercialisation services. As Chief Commercial Officer at OPEN Health, he focuses on driving new and organic growth, strengthening client partnerships, and ensuring clients realise the full value of the company’s capabilities.
Before joining OPEN Health, Zack held senior leadership roles including Chief Growth Officer at Inizio Medical and President and Chief Strategy Officer at Vaniam Group. His career mirrors the industry’s transformation, beginning with the shift from broad blockbuster drugs to the first aspirations of a more scientific, targeted approach to medicine, and evolving into today’s patient centered model, which unites precision science with evidence, access, and engagement to deliver real world impact. Over the past 25 years, he has partnered with pharmaceutical and biotech leaders to maximise the value of their innovation across the product life cycle.
Zack leads with a focus on mentoring and building strong teams that understand the role they play in connecting the promise of scientific innovation with the realities of a demanding, dynamic marketplace.
