Shauna Aherne, MBA

Shauna brings more than two decades of experience across Medical Affairs, medical communications, and integrated commercialization. She leads OPEN Health’s global growth agenda, aligning enterprise strategy, client partnerships, and practice execution to support sustainable expansion across large-cap pharma, mid-tier organizations, and high-growth biotech, particularly at moments of clinical and commercial decision-making. Her work spans therapy areas from oncology and rare disease to cardiometabolic and vaccines.

Shauna joined OPEN Health from Inizio Medical, where she was President, Medical Excellence, following agency leadership and client strategy roles across the medical communications sector.
