Chief Financial Officer

Introduction

Roseann joined OPEN Health as Chief Financial Officer in 2025, bringing extensive industry experience and financial expertise to support the company’s growth strategy and strengthen operational discipline.

Before joining OPEN Health, she served as CFO at Entree Health, overseeing financial strategy across a market access agency and two consultancies. During her tenure, she improved working capital efficiency, implemented new enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and enhanced forecasting and reporting processes. Roseann is a CPA and holds an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.
