Introduction
Matt joined OPEN Health as CEO in 2025, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience in medical affairs and commercialisation.
Before joining OPEN Health he served as CEO of Healthcare Consultancy Group, where he led strategic growth and innovation. He has also held leadership roles at The Scienomics Group and Envision Communications, senior roles in medical communications at Syneos Health, and earlier in his career worked in oncology sales and marketing at AstraZeneca. That path across agency, consultancy and pharmaceutical organisations informs how he approaches the group’s client relationships.
At OPEN Health, Matt is committed to driving transformation and reinvesting in talent to strengthen client impact. He champions omnichannel strategies in medical education and advocates for health equity in healthcare communications. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
