Cara joined OPEN Health as Chief People Officer in 2026, bringing with her three decades of experience spanning a wide range of HR disciplines and industries. Her global expertise in shaping people and culture strategies within growth oriented, high performance settings has been instrumental in fostering environments where teams can thrive. Cara is known for consistently driving enterprise value by embedding clarity, accountability, and the ongoing development of capability throughout organisations.
At OPEN Health, Cara leverages this experience to advance the company’s growth strategy, while strengthening both the organisational culture and the talent pipeline. Previously, Cara led the Global HR function at EXA Infrastructure, where she cultivated a high performance atmosphere by implementing strategic talent and reward initiatives, always placing a premium on employee feedback and engagement. Cara believes that investing in talent, building capability, and developing leadership are fundamental to making decisions that have a meaningful impact on patient care.
