In early 2011, four people had an ambitious vision: to create and build a best-in-class healthcare communications company.
Fast forward eight years and OPEN Health now operates in seven locations across three continents, with over 500 employees, and works with 90% of the world’s top 40 pharmaceutical companies, with a broad client base in biotechnology and medical device companies. That's a record we are very proud of.
Collaboration has always been at the heart of what we do, so to maximise the value of that to our clients, we're restructuring into three specialist practices, all operating under the OPEN Health brand.
Following our recent merger with US-based Peloton Advantage, a 120-person strong medical communications business based in New Jersey, there is also much excitement about Peloton Advantage’s contribution to the Medical Communications practice within OPEN Health.
There is significant heritage and experience over many years within each business and this will continue into the three practices. Collaboration and connectivity are a key driver for OPEN Health to deliver value for our clients and also to provide an environment in which our employees can continue to thrive.
To better represent our new structure, we've also created a new visual identity. The familiar OPEN Health rings represented the diversity and connectivity within our group, but the new, single ring, symbolises our new position as one family of expert practices, working in partnership to drive positive change in healthcare communications & market access.
