OPEN Health acquires choice healthcare solutions, strengthening its excellence in international communications

OPEN Health is pleased to announce its acquisition of specialist medical communications agency, Choice Healthcare Solutions (CHS). CHS will now rebrand under the OPEN Health Medical Communications agency Succinct and will fall under the management of the Succinct CEO, Rob Barker. The move strengthens the international offering of OPEN Health, extending its reach across key markets, from London to Chicago and Dubai. Currently one of Europe’s largest healthcare communications groups, OPEN Health’s 230-strong team will now be joined by an additional 40 experienced professionals from CHS.

CHS is an international agency dedicated to creating and delivering a range of world-class medical communications solutions for the international pharmaceutical industry. CHS was formed in 2000 and works with leading Pharmaceutical companies across the world, operating out of its headquarters in London and regional offices in Chicago and Dubai.

Succinct communications was acquired by OPEN Health in February 2012 and has grown from strength to strength over the past five years. It now addresses a full spectrum of medical communications and publication needs, from strategic landscape analysis and stakeholder partnerships to brand planning and execution.
