Arron O'Hare: New Creative Director at LEC London

Written on Wednesday 13th December 2017

LEC London is excited to announce the addition of Arron O’Hare as head of their creative team. Arron takes the reins from Andy Bell, who has assumed the role of Creative Strategist for both the London and Marlow offices.

Having worked in health and well-being for nearly 30 years, Arron brings a wealth of creative and leadership experience to his new role. His agency background includes PAN (previously DJMPAN), Concentric Health Experience, and in a tiny twist of fate, the original start-up incarnation of LEC (Lane, Earl & Cox), where he supported the creative teams as a studio junior on accounts including the ‘Everyday People’ campaign for Losec. ‘Everyday People’ was hugely successful and highly influential, becoming one of LEC’s defining pieces of work and establishing them as a creative force within the industry.

Arron’s philosophy of creating “smart simplicity,” along with his collaborative approach to work, has meant awards success—both for him and for the teams he has led. But most importantly, it has resulted in meaningful campaigns that have helped to shape the fortunes and successes of many brands.

“I’m really looking forward to an exciting future with the agency,” says Arron, “I want to help LEC continue to grow, and to build on the solid foundations that have already been laid. Together, we can make LEC London a place where creatives feel that they are able do their best work as part of an inspired team.”
