OPEN Health Appoints Caitlyn Solem as Chief Operating Officer for Evidence & Access

March 7, 2022, London, UK – OPEN Health is pleased to announce the appointment of Caitlyn Solem as Chief Operating Officer for Evidence & Access. Caitlyn has extensive industry experience building teams in both the Real-World Evidence and Patient-Centered Outcomes/Patient Engagement Centers of Excellence that have led to industry-leading results.
Caitlyn joined OPEN Health in 2019 with the acquisition of Pharmerit, where she had been a team member since 2010. Caitlyn has been a part of the Evidence & Access Executive Team since 2018 and previously led the global Patient-Centered Outcomes and Patient Engagement team. Prior to that, Caitlyn led the US Real-World Evidence/Data Analytics team from the time of its inception. Caitlyn has over 10 years’ experience in HEOR research and has authored over 30 peer-reviewed publications in journals that include Archives of Internal Medicine, Health Economics, Pharmacoeconomics, and Value in Health.
As Chief Operating Officer for Evidence & Access, Caitlyn will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient business operations, establishing policies that promote the company culture and vision, overseeing operations in the Evidence & Access Practice with an eye for continual improvement, and aligning other operational roles across the organization.
