London, UK — [6 May 2026] — OPEN Health, a global scientific communications and strategic consulting partner to the biopharmaceutical industry, today published its 2024/25 Gender Pay Gap Report, highlighting continued progress in reducing its gender pay gap and reaffirming its commitment to fairness, transparency, and inclusion.
The report shows a reduction in both mean and median gender pay gap compared to the previous year, reflecting targeted actions to strengthen pathways into leadership and increase representation of women in senior roles.
OPEN Health’s workforce remains predominantly female, with 71% women and 29% men. As with many organisations in the sector, the gender pay gap is driven primarily by the distribution of men and women across different levels of the business, particularly in higher-paid roles.
Matt D’Auria, Chief Executive Officer of OPEN Health, said:
“Creating a fair and inclusive organisation is fundamental to how we operate and how we deliver on our purpose. We are encouraged by the progress we have made over the past year, which reflects deliberate action to improve representation and strengthen pathways into leadership. At the same time, we are clear that more needs to be done, and we remain committed to sustained progress.”
Cara Priest, Chief People Officer of OPEN Health, added:
“Transparency is central to building trust and driving meaningful change. This report helps us better understand where we are making progress and where we need to focus next. Our priority is to continue creating clear, equitable pathways for progression, ensuring fairness in pay and reward, and supporting the development of our people at every stage of their careers.”
OPEN Health has outlined a series of ongoing actions to further reduce its gender pay gap, including strengthening leadership development, reviewing pay and reward structures, and evolving recruitment strategies to support more balanced representation over time.
