OPEN Health to increase focus in cancer

Cancer treatments are seen as one of the major growth drivers of the pharmaceutical industry, and several of the companies in the OPEN Health Group have significant experience in the area; in particular Succinct Medical Communications has built a very strong oncology practice and are seen by many as the premier cancer communications agency in Europe.

In order to harness this cross group expertise, OPEN Health has appointed Sean McGrath (pictured) as Director of Oncology across the whole OPEN Health Group. Sean will also continue in his role as Chairman of Succinct. Sean’s principal focus will be to connect the wider group expertise to enhance the marketing and communications of our client’s oncology brands. Sean has personally worked in oncology for over 20 years, and has expertise across all tumour sites and classes of drugs.

OPEN, who acquired Succinct a few years ago, has over 20 oncology companies as clients including all the recognised market leaders.
