OPEN Health Appoints Andrea Bonner to Advance Patient Engagement Strategy

May 5, 2026 – New York and London – OPEN Health today announced the appointment of Andrea Bonner as Director, Patient Experience Innovation within the Patient Engagement practice.
In this role, Andrea will focus on advancing OPEN Health’s patient engagement capabilities, building scalable, omnichannel patient experience strategies that help biopharma clients connect with patients more meaningfully and support better outcomes across the full treatment journey.
Andrea brings over a decade of experience developing and executing omnichannel patient and HCP engagement strategies across pharma, biopharma, and healthcare. Known for her collaborative, growth-minded leadership style and her ability to translate complex data insights into compelling patient narratives, she has a strong track record of delivering patient experience programs that drive treatment awareness, initiation, and adherence.
In her role, Andrea will work closely with teams and clients across OPEN Health to build on the Patient Engagement practice’s existing foundations, co-creating authentic patient narratives and developing measurable engagement solutions that help patients take a more active role in their care.
