As part of the Global Operations Communications Practice team, you’ll be responsible for the following activities:

Organisation & Operations

  • Collaborate with Global Comms, Operations team to execute on new initiatives, improve, innovate and implement central processes/policies/systems and our overall ways of working
  • Organise and manage the administration, support systems and activities that facilitate the effective running of the Communications practice including being the central point of contact for ad hoc queries for client due diligence requests, corporate policies and business development needs
  • Work closely with senior managers to implement central initiatives in their teams to optimize business growth, revenue recognition, workflow and output – areas of focus will include:
    • Facilitation of a consistant workflow management system
    • Implementation of a real-time resource management system
    • Establishment of consistant and repeatable standard operating procedures across practice areas
  • Liaise and facilitate seamless collaboration between Business and Marketing, Central Operations, Legal and Contracts, Finance and Human Resources teams and the client-facing staff
  • Scheduling of team meetings, etc. when required
