Our Digital team ensure that we make the most of available digital channels, deliver innovation where it really effects change, and ensure that all of this conforms to rigorous data security and compliance.

Our in-house studio of experts in digital healthcare are well versed in the regulations and considerations of applying digital to healthcare solutions, multi-channel marketing and market access tools. The team are regularly trained in compliance and data security and we are certified agency partners with Veeva (level 4) and IQVIA (eContent certified). The team comprises of digital project managers, UX and digital designers, and web and app developers, using the latest technologies and tools.

As part of the OPEN Digital team, you’ll be responsible for the following activities:

Organisation and operations

  • Organise and manage the administration, support systems and activities that facilitate the effective running of the digital team
  • Diary management for division including holidays
  • Scheduling of team meetings, plus venue bookings etc.
  • Primary point of contact for queries from central operations, HR and finance processing teams
  • Work closely with MD and Programme Manager to implement central initiatives into the Division

New Business

  • Supporting the Digital Comms Directors & MD with maintaining an up to date pipeline tracker
  • Maintaining and keep all Digital presentations & case studies in one place
  • Ad hoc research including disease areas/drugs/technologies
  • Support with setting up new proposal sites on the OH website CMS

HR

  • Liaison with teams, recruiters and candidates to arrange interviews and ensure timely communication
  • Management of new starter paperwork and system set up
  • Management of new starter inductions as per process

Finance

  • Supporting with supplier invoices and maintenance of supplier trackers
  • Tracking of team timesheets and utlisiation
  • Running monthly revenue reports for pipeline and active projects
  • Support with tracking of team budgets for travel and entertainment, plus learning and development

Process improvement

  • Working with the team to support the development of new processes, quick reference guides and a ways of working guide
  • Continuous review of processes to identify improvements and liaison with the teams to ensure effective implementation
  • Support to project management teams
  • Set up and management of preferred supplier lists & contracts
  • Sourcing new suppliers and obtaining quotes for services

Administration

  • Travel bookings
  • Set up, administration of reporting of team surveys
  • Ad hoc day-to-day administrative support to the team as required
