As part of the OPEN Health Advertising and PR teams, you’ll be responsible for the following activities:

Organisation & Operations

  • Organise and manage the administration, support systems and activities that facilitate the effective running of the Advertising and PR COE
  • Primary point of contact for queries from central operations, HR and finance processing teams
  • Work closely with MDs and SLTs to implement central initiatives into the COEs
  • Scheduling of team meetings, plus venue bookings etc. when required


  • Liaison with teams and HR to arrange interviews and ensure timely communication
  • Management of new starter paperwork and system set up
  • Management of new starter inductions as per process


  • Supporting with supplier invoices, purchase orders and maintenance of supplier trackers
  • Manage use of credit card for team purchases
  • Tracking of FL POs and utilisation


  • Travel bookings
  • Ad hoc day-to-day administrative support to the SLT teams as required
  • What you’ll bring:
