As part of the Evidence & Access Talent Team you will be responsible for:

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies/plans with CoE leads and line managers in coordination with the Director, Talent Acquisition
  • Support the FTE planning process to ensure the growth of the E &A Practice across the Centers of Excellence
  • Develop a deep understanding of the skillset, experience needed to advance hiring across the COEs
  • Conduct thorough discussions with hiring managers and team members to understand the needs of the role
  • Guide candidates and hiring managers through the entire hiring cycle from identification to offer negotiation
  • Participate in monitoring the TA budget
  • Manage the ATS system, provide training to hiring managers on the integrated ATS system and keep the system up to date

What you’ll bring:

  • Fluent in Dutch & English, spoken and written
  • Come from a Life-Science, biotech or pharmaceutical recruitment background
  • 4+ years relevant experience in a similar role
  • Experience recruiting highly technical roles
  • Exceptional customer service orientation proactive, responsive, and able to balance shifting priorities and ensure that deadlines are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Ability to forge and effectively manage relationships within OPEN Health and with external stakeholders
  • Able to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Educational level: BSc/BA in Human Resources, Business Administration or any other related field of study – desirable but non-essential
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employer branding
  • Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
