As part of the OPEN Health Advertising team, you’ll be responsible for the following activities:

  • Leading and building the Strategic Planning department within OPEN Health Advertising
  • Understand and shape our clients’ brand communication strategy and tactical plan
  • Help to refine and champion straightforward, accessible processes for both strategic and tactical execution of multichannel campaigns
  • Research competition to identify threats and opportunities
  • Align processes, resources-planning and brand goals with overall strategy
  • Work with our other Centres of Excellence within the group as well as Global Strategic Services and the Digital Strategy team, to create a market leading approach to broad, fully integrated omnichannel strategy
  • Support the senior team in making effective decisions
  • Partner with studio and design teams to optimize process and most effectively utilize content
  • Monitor and analyse industry trends and market changes

What you’ll bring:

  • Proven planning experience with ‘infectious’ strategic thinking ability
  • Leadership experience or strong leadership potential
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
  • Sound understanding of science, medicine, healthcare and the pharmaceutical industry
  • Understanding of market research and data analysis
  • A proven track record of building lasting relationships with clients
  • A proactive, outgoing personality with a genuine enjoyment of client contact and teamwork
  • The ability to facilitate great workshops with key clients
  • Great presentation skills
  • Digital experience and a curiosity to find new and exciting ways to communicate
