As part of the OPEN Digital team, you’ll be responsible for the following activities:

  • Manage a handful of digital projects of varying sizes, this can include projects exceeding 500K
  • Work alongside other project managers to support the delivery of their projects
  • Own the production of scope documents, specifications, timelines and costs
  • Work closely with the technical team to specify and document solutions
  • Track to budgets and timelines
  • Communicate project progress, status updates, risks and plans to the delivery team and client-facing members of the group
  • Highlight project risks as early as possible
  • Manage efficient resourcing of team, external companies, and freelancers
  • Develop and help define project management process, striving for best practice
  • Mentor junior members of the team
  • Provide additional support to account handlers to give them the confidence and knowledge to manage client’s expectations
  • Have excellent communication skills – both internally and client facing

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience of digital project management within an agency environment
  • Track record of delivery
  • Enthusiasm and efficiency in running projects
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize, excellent time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good understanding of different PM methodologies
  • A solid digital knowledge base to provide guidance to wider teams and client
  • Ability to drive things forward
  • Experience of the healthcare industry helpful, but not essential
