As part of the OPEN Health Centre team, you’ll be responsible for the following activities:

Key responsibilities

Reception Duties

  • First point of contact for answering all incoming calls including taking messages
  • Meeting visitors to the agency and providing/organising refreshments
  • Keep reception area smart and welcoming
  • Postal duties including franking all post
  • Manage all meeting room bookings
  • Manage refreshments for Partner and Client meetings and ensuring rooms are tidy and clean afterwards
  • Manage daily register for office – sign in/sign out book
  • Co-ordinate birthdays for the office, cards for normal birthdays and champagne & cake for birthdays with an ‘0’

Facilities

Weekly shopping in order to maintain stock within our kitchen/refreshments area

Ensure kitchen area is clean and tidy. Empty dishwasher and put on in the middle of the day.

Manage stationery cupboard, do weekly stationery and consumables stock control, do monthly stationery order.

Check cleaners correspondence book and order cleaning materials as required

Keep first aid log & first aid kit ( in London)

Support Office Manager – Ad-hoc administration duties
