As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll be responsible for the following activities:

  • Lead global talent acquisition (TA) for the E&A global practice across the Centers of Excellence (PCO, SMA, MMA, RWE)
  • Partner with the executive team to anticipate recruitment needs and develop strategic hiring plans which consider immediate and long-term staffing requirements
  • Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers to maximize recruiting efforts, ensure job requirements and candidate assessments are understood
  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process including, research, sourcing, interviewing, and offer and partners onboarding with HRBS for onboarding for assigned roles
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to ensure top talent is identified and selected for critical hiring needs.
  • Manage relationships with outsourced recruitment agencies as applicable by overseeing the recruitment and selection process, including checking applications and interviewing candidates


What you’ll bring:

  • At least eight (8) years of talent acquisition experience in the scientific consulting field with global experience is highly preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Experience providing advice and guidance to managers on hiring and selection strategies
  • Able to lead by influence and gain the trust of internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Federal and State employment law relating to recruitment, screening, background checks and selection
  • Ability to handle highly confidential information and manage information with the utmost integrity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word; etc.) and ATS systems
  • Able to manage a high demand workload and pace
