As part of the Patient & Brand Communications team, you’ll be responsible for the following activities:

  • Be involved in the day-to-day running of the client account e.g. media monitoring and lists
  • Write and distribute client material under supervision
  • Conduct research relating to clients business — often in-depth
  • Begin to build relationships with current clients
  • Manage small projects as part of the wider client programme
  • Assist colleagues in co-ordinating events e.g. press forum, media training, conferences, press briefing - may be required to lead the co-ordination of small events
  • Responsible for exploring and finding new external groups/contacts e.g. new relevant media
  • Maintain awareness of strategy on new and existing client business
  • Maintain awareness of and contribute to practice-based thought leadership where appropriate
  • Responsible for the logistical arrangements of managing accounts e.g. managing databases, producing agendas, status reports, clippings reports

What you’ll bring:

  • Graduate calibre (demonstrating skills such as critical reasoning, analytical, intellectual rigour and application)
  • About one years’ work experience in a relevant business/economic environment
  • Good writing skills
  • Good communication skills and ability to communicate concepts clearly
  • Ability to juggle priorities and manage time effectively
  • Understands models and methodologies used in the practice
  • Capable of conducting and analysing research using a variety of media
  • Presents facts/creative ideas clearly verbally, visually and in writing
